Led currently by Mrs. Weatherhead and Miss Cymbaliuk, the student council group consists of some of our grade 10-12 students. All senior high students are welcomed and encouraged to join at the beginning of each school year.
They have put on many different activities for students, including holiday activities and fundraisers, spirit weeks including creative dress up days, water day at the end of each year, student dances and hat days on the first Thursday of every month to raise money for Chalice (or another charity of their choice.)
Student council members each lead one school family, helping them earn family points and encouraging them to participate in fun activities. The school family with the most points by the end of the year wins a pizza party!
