Dear parents and guardians of students attending Grades 4-12 in the 2021/2022 school year,

Holy Spirit Catholic School Division is committed to offering high quality education to its students. As such, we are pleased to offer a variety of learning platforms to ensure the academic growth and success of our students. Therefore, the division is announcing its new E-Learning Program and welcomes applications for the 2021/2022 school year.

The teacher directed E-Learning Program will be delivered online primarily using Google Classroom and the Google Suite of tools. This programming choice will be available to those families with students in Grades 4-12, as of September 2021, who wish to choose the flexibility and innovation of E-Learning and for those students with the ability to adhere to the standards required of the E-Learning Program.

Complete an application form for EACH child you wish to enrol into Holy Spirit Catholic School Division's E-Learning Program for the 2021/2022 school year. The deadline to submit the application form for E-Learning has been extended to Monday, May 31, 2021.

Please note that your application will be reviewed by the division’s learning team, who will be consulting with you to ensure that your child is placed in the best possible learning environment for their success. Also, please be aware that, by choosing our E-Learning Program, students must commit to the program for the entire school-year.

While this program is under-development, we are aware that not all high school courses may be offered through E-Learning. As such, high school students may need to work closely with the division to ensure that they access all of the courses required for their graduation. This may require in-person or distance learning, depending on the course/courses needed.

Should you have any additional questions about the new Holy Spirit E-Learning Program, please do not hesitate to contact our offices.
