Dear families of St. Michael’s School, Bow Island,
As we prepare for the upcoming school year, I am pleased to let you know that Mr. Kevin Kinahan has agreed to serve as Principal for St. Michael’s School in Bow Island for 2023/2024.
Mr. Kinahan is a committed Catholic educator with over 30 years of experience in our Holy Spirit Catholic School Division! He has worked as a teacher and, for the past 20 years, an administrator in elementary, junior, and senior high schools in both urban and rural settings. Kevin continually demonstrates the value of developing community relationships that benefit students and I look forward to witnessing where his leadership will take St. Michael’s School over this upcoming school year.
In the meantime, will be resuming his role as principal of St. Mary's School in Taber full time. Please join me in thanking him for his service to the school division over this past year. Mark’s willingness to answer the call of leadership has been a true blessing and I know that he will greatly miss the staff, students, and families that he has connected with at St. Michael’s School.
